• Mobility

  We live in a connected world, yet too much of industry is still based on paper. We believe mobile computing is going to chnage the way organisations access and manage its employees. We will be releasing a range of apps for mobile devices to supliment our system. While all our apps will be available for both iPhone and Android, Android is the personal favourite around the office so whats why the droid is here

  

• Scalability

  Systems should operate the same with 20 employees as with 10,000 employees, regardless of your company dynamic our systems can handle it. As our software is web based, the system can be access worldwide from a range of devices.

  

• RFID Integration

  CGA bring RFID technology to people and equipment tracking. It allows us to bring the information from the office into the field. No longer do you have to go to the office to check an employee’s qualification or when a piece of equipment was last inspected.

  

What is a MMS?

Since we have started using the term MMS we have been asked many times what does it stand for. MMS is Modular Management System. Clear? OK I’ll explain a little further. A Modular Management System is a framework where each management process is contained in a module. We have three high level modules right now, our Safety Management System (Safe-T-Manager), Human Resource Management, and Facilities and Equipment Management but in reality we have about 19 modules, each of these modules does one function, for example, under our safety management system module, Safe-T-Manager, we have a Training Manager module. If a client just wants a training management system, then can just enable the Training module and the system will just function for training. If you want Training and Performance Review, then that’s all you enable. The system is designed to be flexible, you only enable what you want to enable, the rest will be sitting there ready if and when you are.

Thoughts and Philosophy

We believe in rising to the challenge and pushing ourselves to develop cutting edge, more manageable, user friendly software. This is aimed at making administrative life a little less paper work and more information systems. However this can only be achieved by bringing the information systems with us. The future is mobile, moible apps mobile systems. Flex MMS

Our current project has been given the title Flex MMS, and is a large modular based Manangement system. These modules are based on the many components that make up a companies structure. We have decided to create a modular system for companies to choose the modules they need, in the instance that they have other systems in place and simply need to add on a new system. CGA Software can make our modules fit to any existing system.

Pairing smart technology with Business

With the emergence of smart phones the productivity of web based applications has expanded but business technology has not followed so closely. While CGA Software Ltd. will develop web based applications, we strive to test all software products with as many smart devises as possible to ensure that companies who implement CGA Software Ltd. products can be as productive sitting in traffic as they can at their desks.
