Flex Modules
FlexMMS is our Flexable Modular Management System.
FlexMMS is as much a framework for a management system as it is a finished product. Its a system which has infinite expansion posibilities. CGA will be offering FLex with three core modules initally, but we already have plans for future modules. We can also write custom modules for clients.

Company Profile
The company profile is broken down by company unit, depending on your company configuration. Departments, Projects, Regions, Store, Depot which ever company structure you choose the company profile page will give you a summary of all information relating to that company unit.
Employee Profile
The employee profile is our portal to see all information about an employee.The employee profile page will contain as much or as little information about the employee as the current user is allowed to see. We are very security conscious at CGA, we take every precaution to ensure employee data is protected and secure. Sensetitive employee data is encrypted with an AES 256 bit encryption which is currently in our opinion, the best standard available in the industry.
Safe-T-Manager - Safety Management System
Safe-T-Manager is a dedicated Health & Safety Management System Module. This module could be used as a standalone Safety Management System but we don’t like anything standalone so it integrates completely with the rest of the FlexMMS framework. Safety is one thing every company has in common and some of the best companies out there understand the importance of safety. Safe-T-Manager is a new approach to a Safety Management System which boasts easy of use and increased productivity at its main core.
Human Resource Management Software
Our Human Resource Management Software module is an expansive module designed to integrate employees directly with the management systems in the company. Like all parts of the system there are two sides, the employee portal and the management portal.
Our employee portal allows any employee to log into the system at any time and manage their details from doing the simple change of address to booking holiday time.
Equipment Management
Our equipment management module is a two tier system, firstly its designed for asset tracking and secondly it incorporates compliance management. While we don’t intend the equipment management module to be used for tracking every piece of equipment a company has, it can handle that function, we concentrate more on the management and performance of the equipment.
RFID Integration
Every company in the world would love to reduce the amount of time it spends on administration, however every business depends on administration to track its activities, keep information up to date and generate the reports necessary for the business to operate.
With that in mind we are including RFID integration into many aspects of our system. The more me can do away from the desk the more productive we can be on the ground.
