Equipment Management

Our equipment management module is a two tier system, firstly its designed for asset tracking and secondly it incorporates compliance management. While we don’t intend the equipment management module to be used for tracking every piece of equipment a company has, it can handle that function, we concentrate more on the management and performance of the equipment.

Asset Tracking

All equipment is tracked both on its physical location and the employee currently using the equipment. At any moment in time we can track all equipment history so we can find out where it was on a certain date and which employee was operating or in possession of the equipment. All equipment can be checked in or checked out both online and via our RFID devices to allow for complete flexability in the system.

Compliance Management

When we talk about equipment compliance firstly we have to look at the piece of equipment itself. The mojority of work related equipment have specified inspection periods set out in legislation in every country in the world. If its not covered by legislation, you’ll find the manufacturer has specified inspection periods to ensure the equipment is still operating inside its specified tolerances. Either way you need a system that can track all inspections and keep on top of the problem rather than chasing your tails.

Our system is built to manage the process of equipment inspections and maintenance operations. It will notifiy the appropiate person when the system is due for inspection or their supervisor if the equipment is not inspected in the specified time period. The system also handles preventative and unscheduled maintenance, parts logging, and all the costs associsted with the inspection or maintenance operation.
