Company Profile

The company profile is broken down by company unit, depending on your company configuration. Departments, Projects, Regions, Store, Depot which ever company structure you choose the company profile page will give you a summary of all information relating to that company unit.

If you want to know which employee’s are assigned to the company unit, the profile page will give you all the information you need, the list of employees and the training qualifications they hold, and the total range of qualifications held by all employee’s in that company unit. It also summarises all training courses, both internal and external courses completed for that unit or scheduled for that unit. The list of equipment is listed by type of equipment and also by the employee responsible for the equipment.

The company profile page will also give the list of incidents that have occured for any company unit, this summarises all incidents for that unit regardless of size. All inspection reports, including monthly, weekly, internal audits and external audits will all be listed.

The summary page is just that, it pulls all information about that company unit and displays it in a easy to read format which allows users to just switch from one unit to another so employees can compare unit by unit.
