Employee Profile

The employee profile is our portal to see all information about an employee.The employee profile page will contain as much or as little information about the employee as the current user is allowed to see. We are very security conscious at CGA, we take every precaution to ensure employee data is protected and secure. Sensetitive employee data is encrypted with an AES 256 bit encryption which is currently in our opinion, the best standard available in the industry.

The employee profile will display some or all of the following information about an employee depending on the users permissions level:

• Personal Details
• Contact Details
• Employment History
• Degrees / Diplomas / Certification and Trade Qualifications
• Training Details including Toolbox Talks and Orientation History
• Holidays Scheduled
