Employee Profile

Employee Profile is a summary Module, gathering information about any particular employee and displaying all information in one simple process, if you have one module active or twenty modules active, Employee Profile will gather and display that information for you.

There are various useful search tool available, including Employee Name, Location, Employment Status. Some of the advanced options include searching for employee’s who hold a particular qualification, employees who have been employee for certain duration and search by Groups, for example, you want to find every member of your Emergency Response Team across the organisation, the group search makes this one click operation.

While Employee Profile module is read only, there are direct links from the Employee Profile to Training Manager or HR Manager, where the user has the necessary permission, to administer employee details.

The Employee Profile module also includes an option to generate a PDF of the employee’s internal CV, often required when tendering for jobs, a batch CV option is coming soon in the next release so when multiple CV’s are required for the tendering process.
